Introduction to Design & Fit out

Bayzacon can provide design services for Prax Health clients if needed. We will engage one of our trusted associated designers to produce drawings tailored to your requirements, up to the stage of Certification of Design Compliance (CDC). Once completed, you will own the designs, allowing you to go to market if you choose. Please note that this process occurs after the design fees have been recovered.

Bayzacon will collaborate closely with our designers to ensure that the proposed design aligns with your budget expectations.
